Parsem is a small village situated near the Chapora river in the Pernem Taluka in North Goa. Surrounded by mountains, agriculture and fishing is the main occupation of Parsem people. The main attraction in Parsem is the Shree Bhagwati Temple.

This place is most commanly known as 'Band' means bridge. This bridge connects 2 villages. This specific view is taken from the bridge at around 5.00pm in the evening. Any one can fall in love with this place as it grabs all the attention.

It has an exotic view of Chapora river cover with all greenary, and a green fields. It looks like as the fields created boundary around the river and aslo the sky and land meet at a particular end. It resembles like the heaven is fallen on earth and this view makes the sentence "Heaven On Earth".
